In Operation Mania, players manage a hospital and treat various patients with fictional, and often, zany maladies. Players can perform 'operations' (mini-games) such as catching jumping frogs in the throat, mending a broken heart, and even curing "butterflies in the stomach" with a net. A humorous depiction of a floating spirit is displayed when patients are not cured in time.
