Hidden Secrets is a seek-and-find adventure game in which players search for specific items/clues on a screen full of objects. The story revolves around a woman's struggle to recover her memory and solve the mystery surrounding the attack that has left her in a coma. The crime is depicted in cutscenes and still shots, while basic details of an adulterous affair lead up to the act. While searching different environments (cars, hospitals, and morgues), players can sometimes see small stains of red blood on floors and a knife. A mini-game is played on a 'sobriety tester' and contains the word "Alcohol" on the machine.
