Supercow is a side-scrolling action game in which players control a cow character as she attempts to free her animal friends from an evil professor. Gameplay largely involves platforming, collecting coins, and jumping on enemies. One character mentions having "lost 20 pounds" after being tricked by an offer of sugar laced with laxatives. If players score 100,000 points they are rewarded with a bottle of champagne. It is only a trophy that they can view in the "Trophies" section of the game.
