1348 Ex Voto

1348 Ex Voto is rated M for Mature 17+ by the ESRB with Blood and Gore, and Violence. This is an action-adventure game in which players assume the role of a knight on a quest through medieval Italy to find a kidnapped friend. From a third-person perspective, players explore the Italian countryside to battle bandits, mercenaries, and religious zealots in melee-style combat. Players use swords to slash, parry, and strike enemies. Enemies emit splashes of blood when hit causing blood to stain the environment; brief splatters of blood appear on players' screen when they are struck. Some areas can depict burning crucified corpses and large bloodstains on and around bodies. One area depicts a bound corpse with bloody, exposed entrails.
