Rating Summary
This is an educational game in which players explore a “virtual museum” in the form of ancient Greece. As players move between landmarks and locations, they listen to lectures, view cutscenes, and take various quizzes. Some segments reference historical and/or mythical violence (e.g., “…Xerxes was so consumed by rage...he cut off Leonidas' head and ordered it impaled on a stake.”). A minotaur is briefly depicted with blood on its hands and mouth. Other sections contain educational and/or historical references to sexuality (no depictions): Aphrodite described as the goddess associated with “love, beauty, and sex”; “According to Strabo, the temple's most distinguishing feature was its servants, who acted as sacred prostitutes”; "The parades were full of phallic songs, dances, and symbols meant to signify fertility…”). Wine is sometimes described in text/dialogue (e.g., “Wine was an essential part of Greek culture"; "I'd offer you a drink but for some reason the workers won't let me borrow any of their wine."); players can also engage in/observe several tours detailing the process of wine making.
