Nippon Marathon

This is a racing game in which players run through whimsical courses full of obstacles, animals, vehicles, and pedestrians. As players run and jump through levels, they can collect and use cartoony power-ups to slow down opponents; power-ups include banana peels and various fruit. Some areas contain hazards such as construction equipment, moving cars, and barricades; runners get knocked over and are often depicted flailing when struck (i.e., "ragdolling"). One course allows players to run through a sake factory/distillery.
