This is a strategy game in which players take control of the Roman Empire, manage its territory, and produce an army fit for European conquest. Non-interactive battle sequences depict tiny armies clashing swords and throwing spears. A small amount of red blood sometimes appears around the tiny soldiers when defeated. One of the buildings players can set up in their territory is a bordello, with a described purpose of "attracting mercenaries from aboard who will fight for your cause."
