Retailer Registration Form

This password protected section of the website has been developed to help retailers access materials provided by the ESRB. This section contains information on:

• In-store ratings and store policy signage
• Store associate training materials
• Ratings legends for print circulars and in-store catalogues
• Print public service announcement ads promoting ratings awareness and use

 

Registration is required to download ESRB artwork and marketing collateral or to order signage directly online.

 

If a user name and password have already been provided to you by the ESRB, please log in using the box above.

 

If you do not have a user name and password, and are a retailer that sells or rents computer and video games and would like to participate in the ESRB retail partnership program, please complete the following steps -

1. Submit a completed registration form below
2. Print out and sign a Trademark License Agreement [PDF] and fax the document to:

Once ESRB confirms your registration and receives a signed a Trademark License Agreement [PDF], you will receive a user name and password via email.
