ESRB Privacy Online is the privacy seal of choice among interactive entertainment software companies. If you wish to register to join our program, please complete and submit the form below. If you have any questions about this application, please click here to send us an email.

 

Once ESRB Privacy Online determines that your company is eligible for membership, we will contact you to begin the enrollment process. As part of this process, you must:

• Complete a Privacy Self-Assessment Questionnaire. Your responses to this questionnaire help us understand your company’s existing privacy practices.
• Submit to an on-site audit and review of your information collection practices. Our trained staff will review your website, identify required changes and recommend areas of improvement before certifying your website.
• Agree to ongoing monitoring and dispute resolution. Once we certify your website, we will regularly monitor your website to ensure ongoing compliance with our program requirements. If a consumer registers a privacy-related complaint, we will facilitate dispute resolution.
• Sign ESRB Privacy Online’s Participation Agreement and pay appropriate membership fee.
